JMS Automotive services are by appointment only. Vehicles are in a que system and we aim to complete all services to a high standard, efficiently. Customers are expected to be patient while their vehicle is present at our workshop. JMS provide regular updates on vehicle progress when possible, including any additional repairs necessary to complete work successfully. All our services are verified upon completion. Customers are required to keep upto date with their vehicle servicing. JMS may refuse to work on any vehicle with multiple safety/reliability defects. We ask all customers to ensure there vehicle is prepared for work to be carried out, prior to arriving at our workshop. Vehicles will not be released from our control until payment for all parts and labour is received in full via (cash, visa debit, credit card). Vehicles must be removed from our premises in reasonable time following completion. We ask customers to allow sufficient notification time prior to cancellation of an appointment, where possible. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of our services in future. Failure to follow our terms and conditions of service may result in additional charges.
• Vehicle must have sufficient fuel level
• Vehicle recording devices must be disabled
• All areas of vehicle must be made accessible
• Locking wheel nut key must be presented (if applicable)
• Service record booklet must be presented (if applicable)
• Customer must be available for contact by telephone
