JMS Automotive services are by appointment only. Vehicles are in a que system and we aim to complete all services efficiently to a high standard. JMS Automotive only use parts and components which we supply. JMS Automotive services are guaranteed for a 12 month period unless we state otherwise eg, where a vehicle has received a temporary repair or where a vehicle may require additional diagnostics or repairs. Customers are presented with an estimated price of our services including an estimated time when their vehicle may be ready for collection. Customers are expected to understand this is an estimated time and be patient while their vehicle is present at our workshop. JMS Automotive provides updates on vehicle progress when available. This includes any additional repairs, costs and time required to complete services successfully. All JMS Automotive services are verified upon completion. Customers are advised to keep up to date with their vehicle maintenance and servicing. JMS Automotive may refuse to work on any vehicle with multiple safety or reliability concerns, including re-mapping. Customers are advised to book their vehicle MOT test appointment at least 14 days prior to the MOT test expiry date, to allow sufficient time for any necessary repair appointments to be made. A free 14 day (including weekends) MOT retest is available. Thereafter a full MOT test fee will be applicable. We ask all customers to ensure there vehicle is prepared for work to be carried out, prior to arriving at our workshop. Including • sufficient fuel level • deactivation of in vehicle recording devices • Clear accessibility of all areas of vehicle • presentation of locking wheel nut key • presentation of service record booklet (as required) • Customers must be available for contact via telephone. Vehicles will not be released from our control until payment for all parts and labour is received in full via (cash, visa debit or credit card). JMS Automotive do not provide vehicle storage services. Customers must remove their vehicle from our premises in reasonable time following completion of our services. We ask customers to allow sufficient notification time prior to cancellation of an appointment. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of services. Failure to follow our terms and conditions of service may result in additional charges. Minimum booking charges apply. When booking an appointment it is understood that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of service.
