JMS Automotive aim to provide a high quality, efficient service. To help us achieve this, we ask all customers to ensure there vehicle is prepared for work to be carried out, prior to arriving at our workshop.
• Vehicle must have sufficient fuel level
• Vehicle recording devices must be disabled
• All areas of vehicle must be made accessible
• Locking wheel nut key must be presented (if applicable)
• Service record booklet must be presented (if applicable)
• Customer must be available for contact by telephone
Vehicles will NOT be released until payment for all parts and labour is received in full. Failure to follow our terms and conditions of service may result in additional charges.
